"The name definitely delivered on expectations. The chef was indeed wearing tie dye. Cool guy that cares about his food. The turkey sandwich I had was awesome. Tons of meat and mayonnaise, just like I like. This was my first food experience in Eugene and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend you check this place out!"

"I ordered a turkey cold sandwich and it was PHENOMENAL! he asked me questions through the window while he made it to make sure it was exactly what i wanted! if i looked up "best sandwich ever" in the dictionary, a photo of this sandwhich would pop up. A must for your lunch break!"

"I just had the best Reuben sandwich I've ever eaten at The Tie Dyed Chef. Perfectly toasted bread, tender corned beef, melty cheese, and tangy sauerkraut all came together in absolute perfection. The flavor was spot on and it was made with obvious care. On top of the food being outstanding, the atmosphere is welcoming and laid-back, and Lonnie, the owner, makes the experience even better. He's incredibly friendly and takes the time to make you feel right at home. You can tell he genuinely cares about both his food and his customers. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by The Tie Dyed Chef. You'll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit."

"Lonnie the owner serves a delicious Ruben sandwich! He brines his own pastrami and smokes at the front of his food truck, this is not a food truck to miss! The rye bread was crisps to perfection and he didn't skimp on the portions of pastrami! The fries were hot and the shake was cold! Must see if in Eugene, Oregon or if your passing through!"

- Marcella M.

"Delicious, thick, fruity and creamy mango milkshake. Partner- who only ever gets French toast for breakfast at restaurants- says the French toast is the softest she's ever had and melts in your mouth. Easily one of her all time favorites. I just took a bite and it's definitely peak French toast in my book holy cow. You can tell the Tie Died Chef puts his heart and soul into the food he makes. He was eager to describe some of the steps he takes to produce this quality. The French Toast is based on his mom's old recipe from Louisiana which is super cool. Very friendly and fun to chat with. We'll be back for sure. A lot, if I have anything to say about it."
